Their investigation determined the 16-year-old girl was driving westbound on Thorold Stone in a black Chevrolet Cruze when she lost control of the vehicle and entered oncoming traffic. The vehicle collided with a grey Hyundai Accent being driven eastbound.The 16-year-old was taken to hospital where she died of her injuries. A 32-year-old woman who was driving the other vehicle was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
