STR consultant contract back on Niagara Falls City Council agenda

The city’s zoning ordinance, specifically Chapter 1328.13, outlines the regulations for short-term rental units, stipulating that such rentals are permissible only on properties that meet certain criteria. Additionally, the City Clerk’s office manages the issuance of STR permits and licenses, ensuring that operators comply with local laws.
The reintroduction of the STR consultant contract to the Council’s agenda underscores the city’s commitment to refining its approach to short-term rentals.
